The Senior Special Assistant to National Chairman of All Progressives Congress on Legal Matters, Jamilu Jams has called for the immediate arrest of all the APC Ganduje ward leaders who earlier on Monday purported suspension of the APC National Chairman, Dr. Abdullahi Ganduje.
Jams who is popularly known as Jamilu SAN made the call while speaking to The Daily Telescope in Kano on Monday.

Recall that the APC Ganduje ward in Dawakin Tofa Local Government on Monday suspended the party’s National Chairman, Dr Abdullahi Ganduje.
According to him, the Party in the state had concluded all the necessary arrangements to petition the Inspector General of Police with a view to arresting the culprits, the NNPP members who claimed to be members of the APC from Ganduje ward in Dawakin Tofa local government area of the state.
“We have completed arrangements to petition the IGP so that the culprits can be arrested and prosecuted,” Jams said.

He alleged that all those so-called APC Ganduje ward leaders are members of the New Nigerian People Party who were found to be loyal to the House of Representatives member from the area.
“Based on our investigation and the pictures we have of those behind the suspension were sponsored by the NNPP to cause trouble in the state.
On the eight corruption charges against Ganduje,the SSA said the party had also concluded the necessary processes to file a preliminary objective of the case anytime from now as according to the embattled chairman of the state anti-graft agency lacks locus standi to file the corruption charges at the Court.

“Muhuyi Magaji lacks locus standi to charge the corruption charges against Ganduje at that Court. We are fully prepared to file a preliminary objection to that case anytime from now.
” To be fair, let the investigation start from 1999 to date and at last he (Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf) should wait for his own investigation after the expiration of his tenure (s),” he said.
