“He was transferred from Kano and later they redeployed him back to Kano. Why should he be redeployed after his transfer,” Waiya asked.
He maintained that all he Judgements delivered by Justice Omobeda were against the Kano State government, adding this is the reason why many people are not comfortable with what he’s doing in Kano.
“We are not personally against him but against his actions in Kano. There are many petitions against him but nothing has been done,” Waiya said.
He, therefore, called on the National Judicial Commission to investigate the issue with a view checking his excesses.
