Gombe State Governor, Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya has approved the re-appointment of Professor Ibrahim Abubakar Njodi as Secretary to the State Government.
This was contained in a statement issued on Thursday by Balarabe Poloma, Permanent Secretary, Gombe Government House.

He said the governor equally approved the re-appointment of Ismaila Uba Misilli as Director-General of Press Affairs and Dr Mu’azu Usman Shehu as Director-General, Research and Documentation.

According to the statement, all the appointments are with effect from June 1, 2023.

Daily Telescope reports that the trio held the same positions during the first term of Governor Yahaya in office.
These are the first appointments made by the governor since he was sworn in for his second tenure in office 17 days ago.
