Kano State Government has warned land agents, land developers and public to desist from buying or selling of land at Tamburawa AKK layouts
The state commissioner of land and physical planning, Alhaji Adamu Aliyu Kibiya gave the warning in a special message to the good people of Kano State.

Kibiya pointed out that previous administration created the layout without following due process and distributed most of the plots to their cronies instead of affected farmers.

The commissioner added that the warning became necessary to save potential land buyers from falling into the hands of fraudsters and fullfill campaign promises made by Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf of ensuring fairness and justice in land ownership in Kano state.

According to the Commissioner the government is miffed with the irregularities of the immediate past administration in land management and a committee is on ground working assiduously to checkmate and correct the abnormalities
Kibiya enjoined all those concerned to remain calm and wait for further announcement from the ministry on the authenticity of occupying land in the layout.
