The Katsina Command of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) has charged the operatives to be more dedicated and discipline in the discharge of their responsibility.
The FRSC Sector Commander, Mr Aliyu Ma’aji, gave the charge after decorating some newly converted and promoted marshal to officers’ cadres, on Thursday in Katsina.
A statement through the Command’s spokesperson, Shamsudeen Babajo, Ma’aji described the promotion as a significant development in the history of the FRSC.
According to him, a total number of 1, 395 Marshals were converted to officer’s cadre nationwide, out of which six marshals were from the Katsina Command.
The Sector Commander admonished them to be more dedicated, committed and disciplined in discharging their duties.
He said that the development was part of the policy thrust of the Corps Marshal Shehu Mohammed, who is committed to ensuring a new dawn in the FRSC for better performance and service delivery through human capacity development.
