President Bola Tinubu has described the death of the Kano business mogul and elder Statesman, Alhaji Aminu Dantata, as a great lost to the country.
Vice President Kashim Shettima who represented President Tinubu stated this when he paid a condolence visit Dantata’s family in Kano on Thursday,
He said the late elder Statesman was a pillar of the nation, noting that his death remains injurious to the Nation and indeed Nigerians as a whole.
Vice President Shettima who was in company of governor Abba Kabir Yusuf during the visit, said the Late Dantata, had served humanity and life to the fullest whose kindness has benefited many.
He urged the family to remains united and not to be distracted by the wealth left by the late philanthropist, adding that, they should uphold and keep his legacies.
The Vice President had since returned to Abuja after the condolence visit.
